The location was unbeatable and magnificent for traveling around North Bay, near to good restaurants and lakeside walking streets and trails, grocery stores, and the centre of town. The staff were accommodating and helpful all the time.
Well, Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Appreciated my 1 night stay. Newly remodelled units with iron, great coffee, a tub, and the staff were helpful. The location of this hotel really close to the lake, many restaurants and shopping stores, and several restaurants was perfect and excellent.
There were very uncomfortable beds.

The king room was recently renovated, included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The location was magnificent, just next door to the centre of town as well as the lake, many restaurants and shopping stores on the street and easily accessible. Besides, the hotel was within a close distance from Eva Wardlaw Park.

Clean and quiet rooms, within walking distance of great restaurants and malls. Comfortable beds, close to Lake Nipissing. Convenient parking and easy luggage unloading. Crisp and clean linens, slept very well.

Room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, some facilities were not in working order. The owner was very rude.

They are a family run business and provide adequate accommodations but not for the luxury seeker.Everything is dated and used but works. All I wanted was a clean place to lay my head for 7 hrs of sleep.
